Here are some recent photos both inside and outside the cottage.
A leather 3 three piece suite, all recliners, provide sumptuous comfort after a day exploring in the fresh air. In addition to full central heating and double glazing, for those autumn and winter days, a welcoming open fire affords a snug retreat from the outside world. Television with freeview, DVD player with a selection of DVDs and books all contribute toward providing relaxed entertainment for the holidaymaker. The view from the lounge window provides an open aspect over the garden and surriunding countryside.

Relaxing Lounge
The kitchen has been refurbished to a high standard throughout with ample storage cupboards plus dresser. A high chair is provided for the comfort of the younger holidaymaker. An oven with hob provide cooking facilities for those not wishing to partake of the restaurants, cafes and public houses throughout the locality. In the adjoining pantry (locally called the ‘dairy’) is a washing machine, refridgerator and freezer, plus further storage space.

Fully Refitted Kitchen
Adjoining the pantry on the ground floor, the bathroom includes a generously proportioned shower cubicle, plus wash hand basin and water closet.

Fully Refitted Bathroom
Comprising a double bed and cot, this bedroom sleeps 2 adults and a baby. A wardrobe, dressing table with large mirror, seating and a bedside table are also provided. In addition, 18th century handrail partitions the bedroom from the staircase. From the bedroom window is a view of the rear garden including matures trees through which can be seen a field rising up into the wolds. This bedroom leads through to the front bedroom.

Back Bedroom
Comprising a double bed and a single roll away bed allowing sleeping for 4 people. A wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers are also provided. From the window is a view of the front garden down to the valley and to the hills beyond. Some little distance over the ridge is the prehistoric Giants Hill long barrow with other prehistoric barrows nearby.

Front Bedroom
This view looks up the gently rising grassy slope of the front garden to the cottage. Just beyond the line of trees on the left hand side of the photograph is a driveway.

Outside Front View from Driveway
This is the view of the gently undulating garden at the side and rear of the cottage. A bench seating 4 can be seen nestling behind a young fruit tree.

An alternative view of the rear garden showing a row of mature lime trees said to have been planted in 1912.
Beyond the row of lime trees is a 10 acre field that rises up as part of the southern end of the Lincolnshire Wolds. From the top of this hill, on a clear day are extensive views of the Lincolnshire coastline (approximately 5 miles), plus intervening villages and farms, etc.
